Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the OneAds platform ("Service"), operated by OneAds Inc. ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OneAds is a reporting and analytics platform for advertisers and affiliate marketers. With your authorization, we read campaign and spend data from the advertising accounts you connect, and conversion and commission data from the affiliate networks you connect, and we present them together so you can see return on investment per campaign.

OneAds does not provide financial, banking, payment, custody, or money-transmission services. We do not hold funds, issue cards, or process payouts. Any money you spend on advertising, and any commission you earn, moves entirely between you and those third-party platforms.

3. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use the Service:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be acting on behalf of a business, or as an authorized representative of one
• Hold, or be authorized on, the advertising and affiliate accounts you connect
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited
• Not be on any government sanctions or restricted parties list

4. Account Registration

You must register an account to use the Service. We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords and passkeys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Connected Accounts

You connect advertising and affiliate accounts that you already own or are authorized to access. Access is granted through the relevant platform's own authorization flow and is scoped to what the Service needs. We never ask for, and never store, your password for a connected platform.

Those accounts remain yours. You may disconnect any of them at any time from your dashboard, which revokes our stored credential and stops further data synchronization. Your use of each connected platform stays governed by that platform's own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.

Where the Service can make a change on your behalf, it does so only after an explicit action by you in the OneAds interface. OneAds does not autonomously modify a connected account.

6. Accuracy of Reported Data

Figures shown in the Service are derived from data supplied by third-party advertising platforms and affiliate networks. That data can be delayed, restated, or corrected by its source at any time. Affiliate commission in particular remains provisional for weeks: a network may approve, reduce, or reverse a payout long after the conversion occurred, and the Service labels such figures as pending where it can.

The Service is an analytical aid, not a system of record. It is not a substitute for the reporting of the platforms it reads, and it is not financial, tax, or investment advice. You are responsible for decisions you make using it.

7. Fees

The Service is offered on subscription plans described on our pricing page, including any free trial stated there. Fees are billed in advance for the applicable period and are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days notice.

Prices shown are exclusive of tax. Where we are required to collect VAT, GST, or sales tax for your billing location, it is added at checkout and the total payable is displayed before you confirm payment. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. You are responsible for the accuracy of the billing details and any tax identifier you supply.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Access advertising or affiliate accounts you are not authorized to access
• Violate the terms, policies, or API terms of any connected platform
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits, or quotas — ours or a connected platform's
• Resell, redistribute, or expose the Service or the data it returns as your own product without our written agreement
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its infrastructure
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

9. Your Data

You retain ownership of the campaign, spend, conversion, and commission data the Service reads on your behalf. You grant us the limited right to process and store it for the purpose of operating the Service for you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Availability

The Service depends on third-party APIs that may change, rate-limit, or become unavailable without notice. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may suspend synchronization for a provider when its API is unavailable or when continuing would breach that provider's terms.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we suspect fraud, breach of these Terms, or breach of a connected platform's terms. You may close your account at any time. On termination we stop synchronizing data and, on request, delete the data we hold as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneAds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, or for advertising spend committed in reliance on the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in San Francisco, California. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
